My original character (from Searching for Sunset) Willow, in one of her happier moments, even if her face doesn't show it.

This picture has a long history. I drew it a few weeks ago, then things went horribly, horribly wrong during the inking, because I started inking it when I was really mad at my roommate. (the one that isn't my boyfriend, wasn't mad at him) However, my birthday was on Monday and I treated myself to a small lightbox, which is the ideal thing to do--now I don't have to ink my originals! *dances* Now if I mess up I can do it over!

So I finally inked and colored this. Her skirt was plain before, and then I had an epiphany and did the designs. However, now I realize it doesn't match her top and wish I'd given her a different shirt. Oh well ^^;

*adds to favs* I think it looks just fine to me! Such cute characters you create, especially the eyes! But hey people who read usually have that same look on their face, grinning the whole time would be just goofy. Great job! :clap:

The skirt looks like it matches to me. Both are neutral colours, so it's all good. I really like how detailed you made the design on the skirt. :clap:
